Innovation and Communication SpecialistDescription -We are seeking a dynamic and independent individual to join our Incubation Pursuit Team, a global group focused on identifying, cultivating, and launching innovative service offerings within HP.  As a member of this team, you will play an important role in the exploration of new ideas, technologies, and business opportunities. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and evolution of services business at HP by fostering a culture of innovation and customer focus.The Incubation Pursuit Program Manager is a dynamic role responsible for overseeing program management of the Incubation Pursuit team initiatives, developing incubation projects’ content, and managing team communications.  This position requires a strong communicator with leadership and project management skills to coordinate various projects, engage teams and individuals and maintain consistent communication with various HP stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Program Management:Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of incubation pursuit team projects.Collaborate with individual project leads to ensure their deliverables are on time.Develop and maintain project timelines and key performance indicators.Lead sales funnel and program review meetings, capture actions and follow up with action owners on their deliverablesCreate and maintain team deliverables dashboard for team’s projects, content and sales opportunities funnelCommunications Management:Develop internal communication plans to keep HP stakeholders informed of Incubation Pursuit team activities.Oversee the planning and execution of team’s internal communications with HP stakeholders.Manage  a communication schedule to ensure the team can effectively share knowledge in internal forums and deliver trainings on incubation portfolioCollect feedback from communication sessions, provide insights on how to make communication more effective and follow up on actions and requestsFacilitate communication between different departments and ensure consistent messaging.Content  Management:Curate a content structure for incubation services collateral developed by the team members.Edit and proofread various types of content created by the team members, including service descriptions, proposal templates, solution presentations, etc. to ensure consistency of messaging, terminology, alignment with marketing standards.Coordinate with visual  designers for the creation of visually appealing and compelling presentations and proposal documents.Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and insights for content creation.Publish content developed by the team on internal websites, knowledge repositories and newsletters.Partnerships:Identify and foster partnerships with subject matter experts, influencers, industry experts, and other relevant entities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and centers of excellence to leverage partnerships for mutual benefit.Leverage AI, new digital tools and platforms in your daily work and stay informed about industry trendsQualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.Proven experience in content creation, communications, and project management.Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.Familiarity with GenAI and digital communications tools.Strategic thinking with the ability to align content, communications, and programs with organizational objectives.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally. Job -ServicesSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Romania)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
