Make a lasting impression by bringing your robust technical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and dedication to customer-centric solutions to this role.What You’ll DoStrategic Vision:Develop and articulate a strategic vision by dissecting the business strategy into well-defined components encompassing systems, processes, data, and integration requirements.Spearhead the data and integration strategy, translating business use cases into architectural designs, and offering technical oversight for large-scale initiatives.Data Architecture and Governance:Define and manage the data architecture roadmap, ensuring integration across multiple technology platforms.Participate in developing architectures, strategies, and policies around data governance, including master data management and data quality.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate with various teams, providing a cross-functional architectural data view to ensure end-to-end integration.Foster collaboration among team members and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve seamless integration solutions.Innovation and Agility:Develop processes and business architecture artifacts to enhance business architecture with a focus on innovation and agility.Foster a culture of innovation and agility within the team, driving continuous improvement and creative problem-solving.Tooling and Technology Evaluation:Assess current tooling, identify gaps, and facilitate the evaluation and selection of tools and technologies.Provide guidance on the adoption of new technologies and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Roadmap Development and Continuous Review:Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop roadmaps aligned with business objectives and resource availability.Provide ongoing architecture review and design support to ensure IT solutions align with the target architecture.What You’ll NeedRequired Qualifications:8+ years in information technology, with expertise in System, Integration, and Data Architecture.Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.Desired Skills and Experience:Scalable Architecture: Demonstrated success in developing and implementing scalable architecture aligning with business objectives.Integration Experience: 5+ years designing, implementing, and integrating systems using modern tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Anaplan/Adaptive, NetSuite/SAP/Oracle, etc.Digital Transformation: 4+ years supporting and enhancing major processes and digital transformations in a high-growth technology organization.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with iPaaS and ETL/ELT platforms (e.g., Talend, Workato, Fivetran, Mulesoft).Results-Oriented: Proven ability to drive projects to successful completion with a sense of urgency.Agile Methodologies: Experience implementing modern application solutions at scale leveraging Agile methodologies.Compliance and Risk Management: Understanding and experience with compliance and risk management requirements (e.g. security, privacy, SOX, etc.).Influence: Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with staff at all levels and across departments.Remote-Ready Excellence:Your reliable internet connection is the conduit for brilliance, enabling you to unleash your talents from the comfort of virtually anywhere.
