Your potential is waiting; why are you?The Global Compliance Analyst focuses on the various aspects of Global HR compliance and data integrity of our internal systems and documentation. The main responsibility of the role is the annual risk assessment process which involves the review of our HR practices globally. This role is also responsible for HR government reporting such as EEO/VETS, reporting and analysis of our Affirmative Action plan, and may be involved in other global government reporting as assigned. This individual will collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure best practices are followed and maintained. Key ResponsibilitiesPro-Active Compliance & Risk Assessment: Completes the annual global compliance review with outside counsel. Responsibilities include updating questionnaires, document coordination with outside counsel, creating follow-up with questions, sharing final reports, and partnering with local HR team to address identified gaps and risks.Government Reporting: Maintains the vendor relationship and coordinates data and preparation of our annual Affirmative Action plan, EEOC and VETs on time filings in partnership with the HRIS & Payroll teams.Projects: As we continue our HR transformation there will be opportunities for this position to support projects which enable Genesys to continue growing and scaling the business. Support: Provides ongoing support and guidance to employees on HR practices, policies, and employment regulatory requirements.This role may include other HR Compliance responsibilities as assigned.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience.Knowledge of North American employment practices required, global experience highly desired.5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on regulatory compliance and HR operations.Strong analytical and project management skills, a meticulous yet flexible approach to problem solving.Ability to work independently with general direction.Demonstrates pro-active enthusiasm for solving problems and adding value to the company.Strong system and data management aptitude required. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
