WHAT YOU'LL DO
Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including go-to-market teams, release management, product operations, and product marketing, to understand tasks and deliverables that are essential for a given release, then drive delivery of those tasks and deliverables
Drive the end-to-end half year planning process for the Box Consulting (BC), Product Support (PS), Customer Success Management CSM, Customer Health (CH) and Marketing organizations, partnering with executive leadership to produce a plan of record
Drive project execution and foster connectivity across strategic priorities to increase the quality of business outcomes
Partner closely with operational teams (e.g., legal, enterprise systems, technical accounting, go-to-market operations) to identify and resolve complex, cross-functional operational issues, often unique to each project
Facilitate conversations and drive consensus for complex, ambiguous problems with diverse, sometimes conflicting viewpoints
WHO YOU ARE
Strong critical thinker, especially as it relates to program design & execution for business challenges
Exceptional collaborator with an ability to lead and coordinate complex, cross-functional initiatives
2-3 years of program and project management experience, preferably in go-to-market (GTM)
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Experience working with SmartSheets, gsheets or related project management tools
Proven ability to excel in the face of ambiguity and responding to changing needs or shifting priorities while minimizing project impact
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work well within time constraints to meet critical business needs

Actual base salary (or OTE if commissionable role) is dependent upon factors such as: knowledge, skill level, experience, and work location. This role is also eligible for equity and benefits. United States Pay Range $115,000 — $135,000 USD
