WHY BOX NEEDS YOU?
We are looking for an exceptional Customer Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will drive customer engagement and advocacy within our customer base through strategic marketing initiatives aimed at retention, expansion, and advocacy.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Tailor and develop comprehensive customer-focused marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
Craft personalized messaging and content tailored specifically for key customer accounts across various channels such as email campaigns, social media programs, direct mail, and events.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, and customer success to ensure cohesive strategies
Cultivate a culture of customer advocacy by empowering satisfied customers to become brand ambassadors through testimonials, case studies, and participation in community events
Utilize data insights to enhance the overall customer experience through targeted communication strategies
Drive adoption of new products or features by tailoring and localising impactful campaigns aimed at existing customers
Measure campaign effectiveness using KPIs like engagement metrics, customer health scores, and upsell/cross-sell rates; adjust strategies accordingly
WHO YOU ARE:
Proven track record in B2B technology/customer marketing roles
5 or more years experience at a SaaS or relevant technology company
Strong understanding of SaaS/tech industry trends
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability thrive in fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously
Team player - organizing and managing with multiple stake-holders and groups contributing who likes to work with a fast-paced environment
French and/or German language is beneficial
