You, as the Director, Digital & Demand Generation at ReversingLabs, will be hands-on and drive our digital and performance marketing initiatives to new heights! Execute demand generation campaigns across all digital touchpoints, optimize campaign effectiveness, manage budgets, track and communicate performance, agencies, inbound lead goals, and new channels. Bring creativity, innovation, and a can-do attitude with your experience in Digital Demand Generation Campaign Design and overall marketing expertise. You will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as SDRs, creative, web developers), vendors, and agencies to launch campaigns on time and on budget. As a part of our ABM and always-on lead gen efforts, you will lead a digital strategy with the goal of contact acquisition and conversion rate optimization. You will report to our Head of Demand Generation. Join us on this exciting journey of growth and success! What You Will Do: Plan, execute, and manage all online/digital marketing to ensure weekly lead goals and quarterly pipeline targets are met. Channels/tactics include: Paid Search, SEO, Google PPC, Retargeting, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, Six Sense, SEO, Display, Web, YouTube and Native advertising Execute digital ABM strategies leveraging MetaData for paid social campaigns and 6Sense for display Manage SEM/paid search campaigns on Google, and all other pay-per-click (PPC) marketing activities to maximize ROI, expand and optimize paid keyword discovery, drive targeted traffic, and create high-quality leads Collaborate with developers and agencies to drive SEO strategy to increase the company's website search engine result rankings and maximize the volume of inbound organic traffic from search engines to our website. Continually improve landing page optimization, keyword research, link building, content refresh, metadata sculpting, site speed optimization and attain overall SEO maturity and reputation. Digital optimization - targeting, landing pages, ad units, taglines, A/B testing, smart forms, etc. Improve conversion journey with creative, copy & data learnings from hot jar, performance data, etc. Own optimization of the entire funnel from lead acquisition to sales handoff and tracking to pipe generation Work cross-functionally with product marketing, content marketing, demand gen team members and other stakeholders to maintain a consistent ReversingLabs digital presence that reflects our brand and engages our persona Identify trends, analyze all data, and measure the performance of all digital marketing campaigns to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Leverage those insights to optimize spend, meet performance goals, and make recommendations Utilize strong analytical skills to build a framework to establish core KPIs, track analytics and ROI, develop and report on insights and campaign effectiveness, and report on performance and make recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders across the Marketing and Executive Leadership team. Own digital technology and tools portfolio, making recommendations on how to more efficiently leverage existing tools while keeping an eye on emerging technology to continually improve processes and drive revenue. Serve as a thought partner to the business, acting as a subject matter expert in the Digital Demand space. Leverage a growth mindset to build new and creative strategies that drive revenue growth across digital channels including experiments and conversion tests Collaborate with internal teams to create ads and landing pages and optimize the user experience end-to-end Own and nurture strategic relationships with key external agencies and partners and drive accountability Maintain monthly digital budget spends Adapt and refine the role or scope as new opportunities arise What We Are Looking For: 10+ years experience in digital marketing, or a related field Experience with SEO or managing an SEO agency to maximize the volume of inbound organic traffic from search engines to a website.  Experience with SEM strategy, keyword research, and running Google Adwords campaigns  Experience with MetaData (or LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram ad platforms), ABM tools (such as 6sense), HubSpot and SFDC experience preferred Strong working knowledge of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics 4 Firm grasp of and passion for emerging digital tools and market trends Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data points and insights into strong storytelling Proven track record of successfully launching targeted, personalized campaigns across channels including paid media, paid social, email, and web Self-motivated, proactive, and able to execute aligned strategies Positive, passionate, team player
