Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Strong knowledge of current Swift design patterns Experience with Swift and iOS frameworks (SwiftUI, AVFoundation, etc) Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and cross-functional skills Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with engineers and subject-matter experts Passion for quality and attention to detail A curious mind, who finds joy in programming Description Description - The Swift Playground Content team is responsible for the education content and curriculum downloaded through the Swift Playgrounds app. - This position is focused on building infrastructure and creating simple APIs that can teach students how to code and build apps in an immersive, creative environment. - Qualified candidates should be motivated to create high quality software, and explore new technology which can empower students and educators. - We desire people with passion for great software but also generalists, comfortable with a variety of tasks. These tasks range from writing software, contributing to frameworks and libraries that support our content, and updating and maintaining our existing library and tools. Education & Experience Education & Experience - Minimum Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related engineering discipline, or equivalent industry experience. Additional Requirements Additional Requirements - SceneKit/RealityKit/3D experience a plus Pay & Benefits Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $138,900 and $256,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
