Job Requisition ID #23WD73753Position OverviewAutodesk Research is looking for an intern to work on digital innovation in the design & manufacturing industries. We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced intern to join our team. You will be involved in the development and implementation of digital twin solutions for product design and manufacturing. This internship is based in the Autodesk Toronto office to work closely with software engineers, scientists, manufacturing experts, and designers to advance product lifecycle development, allowing for a seamless and integrated approach from conceptual design to product operation. This internship will report to Josh Cameron, Senior Manager and Principal Engineer.ResponsibilitiesWrite prototype software for the processing and analysis of time series data related to manufacturing and operation of smart devicesResearch and develop signal processing algorithms for time series dataDevelop APIs supporting the convenient storage and retrieval of time series dataMinimum QualificationsCurrently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fieldProficiency with Python, C++Experience with signal processing, high frequency data, and time series databasesAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentQuick acquisition of new technologyAbility to Initiate and manage work on your ownAbout the Canada Intern ProgramThe 2024 Canada program runs for 16 weeks (Jan 8th to April 26th for Winter Term and May 6th to August 23rd for Summer Term).
