Executive Recruitment Project Co-OrdinatorDescription -This role requires a background within the recruitment function, ideally in an administrative environment and someone with a passion for accuracy and attention to detail. Many of your key stakeholders will be Senior Executives and you will need to remain positive when working under pressure and to tight deadlines.You will be a subject matter expert with knowledge of solving common and complex business issues within established guidelines and be able to recommend appropriate alternatives. Able to work effectively on solving problems of diverse complexity and scope. As Project Co-Ordinator for the Executive Recruitment function you will provide direction on team priorities, activities and facilitate information validation.Responsibilities: Be able to work autonomously, be proactive and enjoy a busy environment in which you can make a real difference and contribute to the overall Talent Acquisition agenda.Support the Executive Recruitment team with a range of tasks, including candidate interview scheduling, day-to-day administration and international travel arrangements for candidates.Build effective relationships with a diverse range of key stakeholders and candidates globally, internally and externally.Create, manage, and continuously improve all reporting for the Executive Recruitment team.Provide outstanding candidate experience during the interview process by applying stay-in-touch strategy and exhibit good follow-up and follow-through.Become a subject matter expert for our global recruitment process and managing internal systems (Workday) to provide support as required.Entrepreneurial flair with the confidence of exploring and suggesting solutions to improve efficient ways of working.Strong awareness and understanding of handling and managing confidential information portraying a positive employee and candidate experience.Prioritise and efficiently execute a wide range of diverse tasks, that often arise unexpectedly or with urgency.Education and Experience Required: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to professionally manage expectations, drive communication and operate with clarity and transparency.Possess the ability to interact diplomatically at all levels with colleagues globally.Proactive and takes the initiative, always exhibiting a can-do approach by being willing to get involved whenever and wherever necessary.Able to manage multiple stakeholders and multiple work streams.Outstanding attention to detail and takes pride in documentation, working practices and strives for excellence.Team player with a collaborative attitude and acts on own initiative.Highly organised with a strong ability to manage tasks of varying priorities to strict deadlines.Excellent time management to prioritise a demanding workload and execute tasks with a high level of accuracy.Typically 4-6 years of related experience.Job -Human ResourcesSchedule -Full timeShift -First Shift (Mexico)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
