We are a small but mighty team accustomed to delivering excellence whilst working collaboratively with extended teams and living the Workday culture.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Engagement Manager to play a pivotal role in enhancing how Workday engages with executives from our valued customers and prospects across the EMEA region. This role is integral to ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for executive-level interactions with Workday, encompassing various touchpoints, events, and the regional Experience  Centre.Key Responsibilities:Exec Engagement Strategy: Develop a comprehensive executive engagement strategy for the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and customer success objectives.Coordination and Hospitality: Lead all aspects of the coordination of executive engagements, including but not limited to customer advisory board meetings (CxC), events, and the utilization of the regional Experience CenterProvide an exceptional  experience for executive visitors.Collaboration with ABM and Sales: Work closely with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) teams and Sales to coordinate executive-level engagements, ensuring alignment with customer/prospect goals. Collaborate in crafting Customer Experience Center (CXC) agendas and identifying the right level of presenters.End-to-End Experience Management: Take ownership of the end-to-end executive experience, ensuring a coordinated and exceptional experience across all interactions with Workday. This includes proactive engagement when Workday executives visit EMEA. Collaborate with Sales and other relevant teams to strategically plan executive engagements, focusing on delivering value and fostering strong relationships.Role Model for Excellence: Act as a role model for excellence in executive engagement, setting high standards for the team and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.Regional Expansion Planning: Develop a roadmap for the eventual regionalization of the Executive Engagement function as the organization grows.About YouBasic Qualifications:10+ years of experience, with experience in a senior-level role in executive engagementDemonstrated success delivering high-profile executive engagements and eventsStrong experience and understanding of Workday's competitive landscape, the B2B SaaS industry, enterprise customersOther QualificationsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across various teams.Strategic problem solver with the ability to develop executive engagement strategies.Previous experience in crafting agendas and collaborating with sales teams.Our Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
