Within our team, Value Realisation Managers work to help customers quantify, document, and articulate the value they deliver with Workday Enterprise Management Cloud solutions, and advise on strategies to unlock more value. Our next colleague will become an impactful active member of the Value Management team by leading initiatives that advance our global practice.About the RoleThis role will be an individual contributor position with high transparency within the geography and requires demonstration of leadership beyond the immediate span of control.Our Value Realisation Manager will own the value realisation and baseline pipeline and execution strategy in your designated regions within EMEA. A key part of the role involves understanding and articulating the unique capabilities and value of Workday solutions and how we drive business outcomes.You will work directly with internal partners (Value Managers, Customer Success, Services, Marketing, Sales, Industry Advisors) as well as with external collaborators (customers, partners) to identify, source and conduct value realisation studies and baselines.The VR Manager drives engaging discovery interviews with Finance, IT, and HR teams to uncover value outcomes and opportunity areas.
