You will work closely with product marketing, software development, and other stakeholders to ensure that our solutions meet the needs of our internal customers.You might work on a range of software products, from NIPT to Oncology, truly making a difference to human health. NIPT stands for non-invasive prenatal testing, which is a method of screening for genetic disorders in unborn babies. Oncology products are related to the diagnosis and treatment of cancer. You will have the opportunity to develop end-to-end solutions that address critical customer problems in a wide variety of areas.Responsibilities will include:Identify critical customer problems, user needs, and potential solution concepts throughout all stages of a product’s lifecycle including modifications, upgrades and maintenance of the product or product line.Work with product marketing to define long term strategy of the product and product road mapAssist in product-related support, feedback and inquiries from usersParticipate in case development, requirements gathering and analysis sessions and produce software requirements specification artifacts in an Agile Scrum processReview, validate and baseline requirements with stakeholders and the Software Development teamFollow product development priorities and communicate product requirements with the development team, marketing, and customersWrite software requirements specifications and software documentation for internal and external audiences, including how-to guides, reference material, technical overviews, architecture overviews, blog posts etcCreate useful, high-quality diagrams, process flow and mock-ups to facilitate system design, specification, and knowledge transferWork with System Architect, Software Development teams and Marketing on overall system design to meet requirementsPreferred background, skills and experience:Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and some related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience. Typically comes from a software engineering, testing, or related background.
