You know that success hinges on commitment, that our differences make us stronger, and that the finish line is always sweeter when the whole team crosses together.The Partner Program Manager plays a critical role in creating and managing a thriving partner ecosystem for Alteryx. You will be responsible for continuing the enhancement and execution of Alteryx partner program strategy, driving partner recruitment, onboarding, enablement, and engagement, culminating in accelerated adoption and revenue growth. By cultivating strong relationships with partners, you will be a key contributor to our overall business success.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Program Strategy and Development:Continuous improvement, analyzing partner needs to design and implement an effective partner program framework.Re-defining partner tiers, incentives, and rewards aligned with company goals and partner value.Working with marketing, develop and manage marketing and communication materials to attract and engage potential partners.Partner Recruitment and Onboarding:Help with supporting the development of new relationships with promising technology, channel, and professional service partners.Develop and implement a smooth onboarding process to educate and equip partners with necessary tools and resources.Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure partners are successful in representing our products and solutions.Partner Enablement and Training:Facilitate the creation and delivery of comprehensive training and enablement programs for partners including certifications.Develop collaboration tools and resources to foster knowledge sharing and best practices among partners.Working cross-functionally, organize partner events and communities to build connections and facilitate networking opportunities.Performance Management and Optimization:Establish clear performance metrics and goals for partner engagement and revenue generation.Working with revenue ops, track and analyze partner performance data to identify areas for improvement and program optimization.Provide tailored support and coaching to partners struggling to achieve their potential.Technology and Tools:Enhance and leverage our partner relationship management (PRM) software to streamline program management and communication.Utilize data and analytics tools to gain insights into partner behavior and program effectiveness.Collaborate with IT and other teams to ensure seamless technology integration and support for partners.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.4+ years of experience in international partner program management within the software industry.Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing partner programs that drive revenue growth.Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and the SaaS business model.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and prioritize effectively.Experience with PRM software and data analysis tools preferred.Desired Skills:Passion for building and nurturing relationships with partners.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Cross-functional experience working with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Support and Product teams.Background in data & analytics software companiesCompensationAlteryx is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location. The OTE for this role in Colorado, Southern California and Rhode Island is $118,000 - $201,000.The OTE for this role in New York City and Northern California is $129,000 - $220,000. In addition, you may be eligible for additional compensation, such as stock grants.
