Your tomorrow looks bright at Ubiquity.Your Role: JOB DESCRIPTION TEAM LEADER Position Overview: The Team Leader is responsible for managing, monitoring and developing the group of  collaborators under his/her charge, he/she is also responsible for providing the necessary tools for  the team to perform its tasks to ensure the continued fulfillment of the goals sought by the  client.  Specific Responsibilities May Include: •Manage the day-to-day needs of our business partners and clients.  •Develop collaborative working techniques and skills •Implement and qualify assessments to measure the performance level of the team, providing  constant monitoring metrics assigned to the team and quality standards required by the account •Implementation of action plans •Responsible for the ongoing development and supervision of collaborators. •Measurement and evaluation of performance •Identify and assess future and current needs through career paths, annual performance appraisals  and consultations with business partners and clients through periodic coaching to collaborators •In the absence of the account head, may be asked to lead the entire account, act and make  decisions on behalf of the team. •Other duties as assigned and as business needs dictate JOB REQUIREMENTS •Advanced knowledge of the business and business acumen; operational excellence •Previous or current experience leading teams •Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Google drive, Microsoft Office. •Excellent communication skils; verbal and written •Excellent leadership skills •Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively •Must be flexible with schedules and available to work a variety of shifts to meet the needs of the  business Preferred Experience, Skills & Competencies: •Previous call center management experience •Sales experiences is required   What we do.Recognized as the #1 CX provider for disruptors and innovators across financial services, healthcare, and e-commerce, Ubiquity was founded on the belief that our clients and their customers deserve better.
