We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!The Opportunity French Speaking, Renewals Operations Specialist -Location - DublinShift Timing - EMEA time zonesWhat you'll Do Developing a deep expertise and understanding of Adobe's Enterprise Term agreements (Digital Media Products) Conditions of Service, Commercial Terms and Adobe's standards for pricing and negotiating renewals.Researching customer contracts and purchasing history in Adobe's various CRM systems in order to build timely and accurate quotations for anniversary billings within the portfolioEngaging with Adobe end users, distributors and resellers, secure Purchase orders on time and improve revenue through True-Ups.Engaging with account managers, partner manager and partners to assist in driving recurring billings to conclusionEngaging with business partners in sales, finance, etc. to resolve issues raised by Customers or partners related to anniversary paymentsSecuring and validating Purchase orders on time, driving maximum booking rates overallHandling the opportunity pipeline from week to week, providing accurate and timely updates to management on progress and outlookAttaining quarterly targets for bookings, timely bookings and overall revenue goalsAct independently and demonstrate perspective in figuring out methods and procedures on new assignmentsWhat you need to succeed Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a numerate, technical or business disciplineFluency in French and English.Experience in a similar /related function (e.g. Inside Sales, Sales Management, Sales Operations, Services Renewals Sales/Operations)Strong numeracy skills, including intermediate or better familiarity with Microsoft ExcelExperience in operating in an (external) customer facing environment (telephone/email based)Competence with reporting and information management tools, including MS Excel and Sharepoint, SAP / Siebel CRM, Salesforce or similar analytical and information management applications.Able to work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in depth evaluation of variablesAble to exercise judgement in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results without requiring ongoing direction settingShould approach work with solutions-oriented attitude with attention to detail and stay productive under pressure or in ambiguous circumstances.Experience in a role demonstrating excellent time management, able to analyze workload and prioritize time based on changing prioritiesAdobe is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action employer.
