Your potential is waiting; why are you?Team: The Genesys Global Security, Privacy & Compliance Centre of Excellence team is made up of Security/Privacy/Compliance and Genesys Cloud platform experts with the skills to provide expert services in support of Genesys Sales, Presales, Customers, Partners, Prospects, external consultants, Vendors etc. The team is the single point of contact for all field related security, privacy & compliance engagements. The team sits within the Genesys Cloud business unit. Role and Responsibilities:Review and complete risk assessment and audit responses using various content librariesParticipate in kick-off meetings, strategy sessions and planning sessions for prioritisation and completion of requestsCollaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and other contributors to articulate answers to complex questions and answer follow up questionsRequest, Review and edit responses created by SMEs and stakeholders from various internal teamsVerify that responses address what is asked ensure excellent qualityParticipate in follow up sessions with customers & partners where requiredIncorporate feedback from questionnaire and audit review sessions into content librariesAssist with knowledge management and retention of content for future useOur team DNA is innovation; every team member is also required to contribute to ongoing internal team global projects which are key to our scalability and success. Be a Team Player; be adaptable and able to multi-task.Ability to work independently with little guidance and be detail oriented.Flexible and adaptable to changing work environments.Work in-line with team and company standards.Goal-oriented and have the self-discipline to complete all work tasks on time.Ability to present complex information in a clear, concise manner.Fluency (Written and spoken) in the English language is required. Ability to work at a computer terminal 90% of the typical workday.Nice to Have Skills:Prior Genesys product Experience, in an operational, professional services or presale’s role.Video/Content Creation Competitive Customer experience Cloud communications solution experience.
