Your potential is waiting; why are you?We are looking for a Manager, Strategic Planning with a proven track record in Revenue Operations and Technology Industry to join Genesys’ Revenue Operations Strategic Planning team.The candidate should have demonstrable experience monitoring business trends and outlooks, identifying growth areas for the business, autonomously moving cross-functional projects forward, driving executive alignment, and building as well as reviewing complex models in Excel or BI tools. The candidate should be excited to accelerate their career trajectory by leading strategic go-to-customer (GTC) projects and workstreams focused on Sales and Marketing planning in a market leading SaaS company. Genesys offers a fun, fast-paced environment with great opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of quantitative analytical experience in the technology, software or consulting industries, as well as 2-4 years leading workstreams, projects and/or business processes supporting GTC organizations in those industries.Responsibilities:Lead project and/or business processes related to GTC strategy and planning such as using Customer Revenue Segmentation models to identify growth areas for the business, alignment of GTC Strategy cross-functionally, Capacity Planning to maximize market capture rate, and Target Setting based on latest performance and business outlooksEngage actively with our GTC teams to drive productivity and efficiency improvements through the above business processes.Proactively identify and implement process and system improvements through an understanding of Genesys’ data systems, and available technology solutions.Work collaboratively across functional teams to drive improvement and own strategic analytics priorities.Key Attributes: Highly autonomous and organized with ability to self-direct work to move projects and initiatives forward without a high degree of management.Hard worker with desire to roll up sleeves to get things done.Exceptional business partner. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
