As part of the Business Technology Leadership team, the ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills to drive innovation, efficiency, and alignment of technology initiatives with overall organizational goals.This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced technology leader to join a growing company and make a significant impact.What you'll do:Partner with the Business Technology Leadership team to develop/maintain Vision, Strategy, Execution, and Measurements of Success. Consistently and strategically evaluate the BT organization to determine and recommend areas for improvement around process, resourcing and technology including C-level communication as required, vendor management, SLA compliance, and performance success of the organization.Develop and implement the Ideation/Demand intake process.Manage portfolio of technical projects. Partner and coordinate with the central PMO team to align with corporate standards.Manage and partner with Finance on the AOP/fiscal budget for H/W, S/W, SI Partnerships, etc.Collaborate with BT leaders and architects to identify Software Rationalization opportunities and develop plans to execute on those opportunities.In partnership with finance, oversee Software renewals and license management.Work with BT Leadership to drive QBRs with key BT vendors. Work with the VP of BT to drive operational cadences (team and technical rituals) around business planning, team communication and delivery to ensure efficiency of the BT org.Establish a practical metrics process to measure the quarterly success for the various stakeholders (Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR, Customer Success, etc.)Lead operational reviews and portfolio reviews across BT to ensure we achieve operational excellence, while executing on transformation commitments..Manage a team and operate through a lens of scalability and company evolution informed by company mission and stakeholder needs.What you'll need:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field with 10+ years of IT experience, including demonstrated success working as a member of a team in a senior leadership role. A Master’s degree is a plus.Excellent leadership abilities and management skills with a proven record of strategic planning, productivity, and process improvement, change management, and budget and resource management.Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to align technology initiatives with organizational goals.Demonstrated success in implementing innovative technology solutions to enhance business operations.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.Proven experience in budgeting and financial management.Experience in high-growth, SaaS, Pre-IPO companies is desirable.Excellent relationship-building, communication skills, and negotiation skills. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $137,000 USD - $196,000 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
