Thinks and acts innovatively to create the best industry standards to operate the critical facility infrastructure in data centers that support the growth and scalability of the operations function globally. ResponsibilitiesDay to dayEnvision, partner, and drive strategic priorities across Global Data Center Operations, which enable the scale of our operationsAnalyze data to identify operational trends and opportunities for improvementAssess global operational performance, including benchmarks against industry standards or best practicesCollaborate with various departments and teams to identify bottlenecks, challenges, and opportunities for improvementDevelop and implement new processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency and drive scalabilityPerformance Reporting: Regularly report to the executive team on the progress of operational excellence initiatives, including successes and areas for improvement.
