The role will report to the Finance Operations Manager and will be part of the contract analysts team based in India that oversee Customer Contract Management across the globe.Job Duties & Responsibilities:Safeguard accuracy of contracts and customer data in SalesforceEvaluate and review the contracts and deal before they are finalized within the deadlinesPrepares and communicates information regarding contract status, risk, compliance, modifications, deviations, negotiations, and completion or terminationMonth-end reviews of complex contractsImplement data quality audits and follow up procedures where necessaryProblem solving and deal with data issuesLiaising with internal teams to seek answers / understand the issue and working towards resolutionCreate and support the team with Salesforce Reports as and when requiredQuarterly catch up with the Sales / CSMs Teams to identify any gaps in knowledge, process feedback, etc Role will include support to multi-regions and teams / stakeholdersParticipate in team and/or 1:1 meeting, share updates with management and stakeholdersEnforce all company initiatives in standardization of new policies and proceduresAdditional responsibilities and projects assigned, as neededKey requirements:5-6 years, with prior experience in accounts receivable operations, reporting and analysisHands-on detail oriented individual willing to be immersed in all aspects of the finance functionsStrong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skillsExcellent oral and written communication skills, proactive in communication with stakeholdersProfessional with a strong understanding of ContractsStrong sense of ownership and perseveranceDynamic candidate who can pick up tasks quicklyIndependent and willingness to learn new thingsEducation & Experience:Bachelor's DegreeIntermediate to Advanced Excel skills requiredExperience with Salesforce is a mustAbout Integral Ad Science Integral Ad Science (IAS) is a leading global media measurement and optimization platform that delivers the industry’s most actionable data to drive superior results for the world’s largest advertisers, publishers, and media platforms.
