Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose, California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. What you’ll do:  As an Infrastructure Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our infrastructure operations and supporting various cross-functional teams. You'll work closely with real estate, construction, facilities, airlines and commercial team to streamline processes, analyze data, and contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the organization.  Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements across departments to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Data Analysis: Analyze operational data, metrics, and trends to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making. Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with different teams (such as [mention specific departments]) to understand their operational needs and provide support where necessary. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of operational procedures and generate reports to communicate insights and progress. Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating and managing projects related to operational improvements, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. Tools and Systems Management: Utilize and manage various tools and systems to optimize operational processes, including [mention specific software/tools]. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards while maintaining high-quality standards across operations. What you need:  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Aviation, Engineering,Operations Management, or related field. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on process improvement and optimization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite and associated data analytics tools. Prior experience in operations, project management, or a similar role is preferred. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Qualifications:   Self-starter Willingness to pivot directions based on constantly changing goals. Challenge conventional ways of operating. Familiarity with artificial intelligence (AI) concepts, machine learning algorithms, and their applications in business operations. Experience or coursework in utilizing AI tools or platforms to optimize operational processes, enhance decision-making, or automate repetitive tasks. Ability to interpret and analyze AI-driven insights to drive operational improvements and efficiency. We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company’s business strategy. For this position we are targeting a base pay between $81,600 - $102,000. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
