Job Requisition ID #23WD74302Position OverviewThe Candidate Support Advisor (CSA) / Recruiting Coordinator works with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting service organization. You are an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. You are responsible for running a variety of hiring related tasks and processes for 26 countries across EMEA. In this role, you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team, Hiring Managers & Payroll (among others), supporting the hiring process.You will report to the Candidate Support, EMEA Director.We offer a hybrid working environment for our employees.ResponsibilitiesYou will act as direct line support for a designated region enabling recruiters and hiring managers to attract, interview and onboard new Autodesk employeesYou will support our business with job postingsYou will schedule Interviews & maintain the calendar invitesYou will support with candidates interview travel reimbursementsYou will generate employment agreement & initiate Background investigations for our new hiresYou will engage with Candidate Support Manager, Legal and People Consultants if changes to Employment Agreements are neededYou will be accountable for sharing up to date documents and information with Candidates at offer stageYou will manage hire processing in WorkdayYou will maintain data integrity, completing process flows and workflows in relevant HR systems including but not limited to Workday and Service NowYou will partner with Payroll for New Hire data inputYou will represent the Candidate Support team in regional and global projectsYou will run reports as requested by Candidate Support ManagerMinimum Qualifications2-4 years of HR related experienceSolid attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlinesCustomer Service & Compliance mindsetHigh level of interpersonal and communication skills at all levelsStakeholder management skillsAbility to work and adapt to a fast-changing work environmentAbility to shift gears at a moment's notice and enjoy challengesFluency in EnglishPreferred QualificationsPrevious exposure to a shared services modelExperience working with Workday and Service Now (or other ticketing systems)HR Knowledge beyond hiring operations (HR Benefits, HR Compensation, HR Policies, HR Legal and Regulatory Environment, HR Compliance, etc.)Ability to identify problems, take ownership and develop solutions#LI-MB1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
