Job Requisition ID #23WD73916Position OverviewThe Vice President, Named Accounts Sales, EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) leads the team responsible for driving revenue growth with our largest, enterprise customers headquartered in EMEA. You will report directly to the VP of Global Named Accounts and manage a team of senior sales leaders. You will be accountable for business results, including ensuring that our Named Accounts business in EMEA meets quarterly sales targets for Annual Contract Value (ACV). To qualify for this role, you will be a knowledgeable, strategic sales leader who can guide and inspire experienced sales teams with high targets. Previous success generating business growth and managing enterprise sales organizations in a technology company is required. ResponsibilitiesLead Autodesk's Named Accounts enterprise sales organization in EMEAGuide a team of senior direct reports (managers of managers) who lead the following teams in your organization:Regional teams consisting of Sales Managers and Named Accounts Sales Executives (NASEs) responsible for developing the strategy for their assigned accounts and securing growing Enterprise Business Agreements (EBAs).A High-Growth team focused on Named Accounts with the biggest growth opportunitiesA team of Enterprise Account Sales Executives (EASEs) and Enterprise Development Executives (EDEs) who work alongside the sales executives to build business cases, understand customer business initiatives, identify expansion opportunities, and increase product usageCoach your leaders, providing insights into the most effective enterprise sales management strategiesMake sure your team meets targets for Annual Contract Value (ACV), while monitoring billings, revenue, token consumption, and cash flow, to ensure ongoing growthBe an executive sponsor—supporting customer meetings, helping your team with negotiations, and developing relationships with customer executivesGuide your team through complex change by providing an inspirational picture of the future state, instilling a positive culture, and establishing new ways of workingAttract and retain top talent, while ensuring diversity and inclusionForecast quarterly and annual sales expectations, on a weekly basis, with accuracyBe a member of the Named Accounts leadership team—influencing strategies worldwidePromote the use of standard processes for account planning, opportunity management, and sales forecastingWork with other senior sales leaders to strengthen collaboration and increase alignment across Autodesk.Partner with leaders in Customer Success, Product Development, Worldwide Marketing, and Global Revenue Operations to influence decisions that affect Named Accounts.Use your team's knowledge of customer needs to influence Autodesk platform development and product direction.Minimum Qualifications20+ years of sales management experience with success achieving sales goals.Sales experience in a tech company, including experience leading teams that sell enterprise software and software-as-a-service (SaaS).Experience managing performance through creative and proactive approaches to coaching and recognition.Familiarity with Autodesk's target industries, globally and in EMEA.Experience building relationships at multiple levels of an organization and supporting customer-facing interactions as an executive sponsor.Success aligning teams in a matrixed environment.Experience adapting to changing priorities.ABachelor's degree or Master's degree.This position can be 100% remote in Europe.Ideally, you will be based near a city with a major Autodesk office, such as Munich or Barcelona.You will need to travel globally, more than 60% of the time.#LI-SS1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
