To learn more about what we believe make an organization great check out our tech-, product core beliefs and culture codeResponsibilitiesRepresent engineering as part of Autodesk's Forma Product Leadership Team, advocating for engineering, product, and alignment to business strategy.Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, design, and other disciplines to ensure strategic alignment, frictionless product development process, and high-quality outcomes.Own and execute broader initiatives that drive the success of the AEC Design business objectives.Manage the day-to-day running of the team, including budget, resource allocation, investment asks, organizational reviews etcBe a thought leader, staying informed of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, to ensure alignment across Autodesk to deliver a cohesive and industry-leading customer experience.Minimum QualificationsPrevious experience managing an organization of +30, with managers of managers12+ years of related engineering and product development experience5+ years of leading teams of engineers.Ability to distill complex ideas and large amounts of data and viewpoints to their essencePositive, can-do approach that inspires collaborationExcellent facilitation, influencing, negotiating, and decision-making abilitiesStrategic mindset and a passion for promoting engineering to drive alignment, innovation, and contribution to product strategyFluent in current product development methodologies and trends (desktop, cloud enablement, SaaS, platform)Preferred QualificationsExperience working in the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction industriesExperience working with data analyticsExperience building products with technologies such as Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence3 Things That Describe YouYou "breathe" engineering and love creating useful products for end users.You get most of your energy from being in the background and helping others.You have an ability to look more broadly than your own discipline and take for granted that other perspectives are needed to get to a better outcome#LI-BV1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
