Strong skills and experience in large and small scale data and statistical analysis. Being able to use data analysis tools and writing scripts is beneficial. Proven record of problem solving individually and as a group lead using established methodologies. Full understanding of the different stages of technology development, transfer and up scaling to include setting up specifications. Proven record of leading and guiding cross functional, multidisciplinary teams. Strong communication skills. Preferred Requirements MEMS and LED process and fundamental understanding Semiconductor processes and material science knowledge and understanding. Familiar with computer languages helping in script writing for data acquisition and data analysis Description Description A Senior Process Integrator is needed to take part in the development of a new, novel, and complex manufacturing process and to work on scaling it up to production. The work will be done using unique, innovative, and complex manufacturing tools. Deep understanding of their way of operation will be required. It will also involve working with new materials, creating new structures, designing experiments, and providing solutions to engineering development challenges. Since the process includes diverse incoming parts and materials, full understanding of their impact, specs and quality control processes is desired. Specs development and optimization will be required as well. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $160,700 and $282,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
