Strong ability to drive team to complete the vision and deliver strongly Have personally orchestrated the delivery of multiple significant client/server software products requiring large organizations (100+) to execute Strong analytical skills and a curiosity to peel the onion to discover opportunities for impact and better user experience Capability to work across a large number of teams to enforce process and efficient outcomes in a data-driven environment Self-motivated and proactive, with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities required to forge a path to success Description Description We’re looking for a strong Engineering Program Manager with a proven track record of building and maintaining sophisticated software platforms, tools and processes that deliver new end-to-end experiences that delight customers. The EPM will lead projects in search infrastructure to serve our over 1 billion customers. You will work with world class engineers to build scalable solutions to problems such as crawling a trillion webpages, indexing billions of documents, building Machine Learning infrastructure to serve deep-learning models both on the server side and on-device, multi-cloud infrastructure and more. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $160,700 and $282,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
