We are hiring in Germany,United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Israel and Dubai.You will be responsible to build and develop the End User Computing partner ecosystem in yourterritory. Your days will be split between working with the strategic partners to ensure that theyhave the competency and skills required to expand and grow the EUC business in thecommercial customer segment.The role will come with a variety of opportunities but also challenges. It will thus require you toengage across internal and external stakeholders as well as dealing with different businessprocesses.Your efforts will be to establish a balanced and diverse partner landscape to whom the End User Computing Division will be a critical business partner across EMEA..Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months youwill work toward completing? Establishing relationships withcolleagues and partners; building solid knowledge and understanding of our technologies; and navigating the internal & external processes and best practices within the teams.Your success will come from great communication skills, effective planning and delivery, and a relentless curiosity for learning and developing.You will be managing opportunities from day one, in collaboration with your extended teams at the partners & distributors, and be expected to build and sustain a pipeline, leveraging expertise and key focus areas at our partners.By the end of your first 12 months at VMware you should have established a significant presence and impact with both partners, distributors and the colleagues with whom you work.The Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, orskills will you be performing on a regular basis? Successful Partner Business Managers maximizes their time with partners, engaging in theirbusiness and exploring ways in which the EUC Division can accelerate the business.You will set a regular cadence for engagement with the range of stakeholders, including quarterly reviews and executive briefings. You will cover a breath of stakeholders for building actionable relationships with the partners’ leaders, including sales, pre-sales and services departments.Your individual partner business plans will establish a foundation of intelligence and insight for both short-term tactical opportunities as well as long-term strategic success including marketing plans and activities.You will be instrumental to support partners in developing best-in-class End User Computingsales, consulting, deployment, and managed services practices, to help their customers in their workplace transformation journey and realize their own business goals.Internally, you will work with the broader End User Computing team, Partner Community, as well as collaborating with our Go to market team to accelerate key programs and initiatives.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and an overall positive andenergetic approach will set you apart from competitors.What is the leadership like for this role?
