Our Marketing and Communications crew serves as the face of SailPoint, coordinating and producing all assets representing the business. It is our marketing department's job to ensure that SailPoint's voice conveys our mission across the board. Whether it's pitching to journalists, developing brand material, helping problem solve with different departments to improve the business or highlighting what a great place to work SailPoint is, our marketing team is always two steps ahead.About the role:This role will direct report to the Director of Marketing, Asia Pacific & Japan Region. The person has to work directly with S. Korea Sales team (Field and Partner), APJ/ Global Marketing team, Sales operations team with interactions across the S. Korea management team (the primary internal stakeholder for this role).This person is expected to make an active contribution to the local business strategy, and required a highly articulate and persuasive individual able to build strong relationships within the company. This person needs to ensure the execution of S. Korea field & partner marketing programs to develop, support and drive business through SailPoint solutions. Programs will include integrated communications, content development, lead generation/ awareness events activities.Responsibilities:Act as the central coordination point within the S. Korea organization for all marketing activitiesAligning with country and partner priorities, recommend marketing funding allocations and manage the effective use of fundsManaging specific execution programs including 3rd party events, ABM activities, tele-prospecting, digital marketing, advertorial, logistical support of sales enablement activitiesSetting marketing KPIs for each specific program that deliver desired ROI or outcomes in line with the overall business plan at a Global and/or APAC levelBuilding effective relationships with marketing teams within the focus partners at a country levelWork closely with Partner Sales to support recruitment and onboarding of PartnersWork in collaboration with the regional channel marketing resources to provide local input into the creation of global resources e.g. partner portals and web services for partnersThe role will be based in a normal office environment with travel of up to 20% to execute activities subjected to the Covid19 regulations by S.
