NVIDIA is looking for a product manager for Federated Learning based AI development. The quality of AI models developed is only as good as the data it was trained on, and hence large datasets are necessary to extract complex and predictive patterns. However, for some industries like Healthcare, Finance etc. data sovereignty is critical, and data cannot move to a centralized location for training. Compared to classical centralized training approach, federated learning is a privacy-preserving, distributed learning paradigm which tackles the challenges associated with learning from data in a decentralized way, while mitigating concerns regarding security and privacy of data.  This is a dynamic, emerging business, and we are seeking someone who will be able to move and adapt quickly to changing needs, lead multiple initiatives, engage at all executive levels both internally and with large customers, and has a proven track record of developing products from the ground up. We seek someone who is passionate about bringing new solutions to market through a sophisticated ecosystem.  What you'll be doing:  Create consensus for the product vision across the organization by building product roadmaps that span multiple engineering teams across NVIDIA.  Analyze and evaluate complementary and competitive products, technologies, and solutions.  Develop detailed user stories, product specifications, and value propositions for various industry swim lanes and drive new product introductions.  Work closely with customers, create surveys, present at conferences, understand product quality and drive strategic initiatives to continuously improve the product experience  Define the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy working closely with Engineering, Marketing, Business Development, PR, Sales, etc.  What we need to see:  8+ years of Technical Product management leading cross-functional teams of researchers, developers and delivering enterprise grade software products Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Ideally have experience working with Enterprise IT and rolling out software on the enterprise edge  Deep customer empathy spanning researchers, developers, platform integrators to IT admins  Solid understanding of developer/researcher tools, SDKs & APIs along with working knowledge of DL frameworks like PyTorch & TensorFlow. Hands-on experience with DL frameworks for computer vision, NLP, Genomics etc. is a plus Excellent communication and presentation abilities.  Strong analytical and critical thinking skills along with the ability to translate those skills into creative solutions.  Ability to travel up to 30%  NVIDIA is one of the technology world's most desirable employers. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
