As a key member of the NVIDIA Partner Network Team for NVIDIA's Enterprise business units, we are looking for a NALA Business Systems Analyst professional who will help to document all operational process and provide informed guidance on how to improve complex business opportunities across multiple functions improving the overall process/operations and increase the ease of doing business with NVIDIA through systems and processes for our Distribution Partners.What you'll be doing:Documenting cross-organizational sales, ordering, rebate and RMA processes for NALA indirect selling routes to market.Structuring documentation for use in LLMs and generative AI support.Providing informed, data driven recommendations to BU and Operations stakeholders for process improvements and standardization.Work on issues of the highest complexity and strategic value where analysis of situation, data, and/or systems require evaluation of a variety of factors.Intuition for business and a validated ability to drive and gather additional insights through quantitative and qualitative data, enhancing overall business intelligence.Strong knowledge of business insight and a demonstrated ability to drive & capture additional insights through quantitative and qualitative data, enhancing overall business intelligence.What we need to see:5+ years of demonstrated ability in a sales or support environment, with an emphasis on analytics, business intelligence, sales operations, and customer service.Proactive, creative, flexible and uses good judgment to accomplish tasks on schedule with minimal direction and supervision.Extensive knowledge of indirect IT channel salesFamiliarity with IT Distribution sales tools and structuresDemonstrable ability to use business knowledge and expertise to build sales reporting and analytical models that can scale and serve to all applicable users.Ability to successfully and effectively connect with all team members at any level.Experience in a sophisticated sales and channel environment, handling large, visible, demanding channel operations functions and partners.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Ways to stand out from the crowd:A Great TeammateA passion for winning, a solid aptitude for business strategy, and excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of internal team members.Self-starter, self-confident individual with integrity and accountability, highly motivated, driven, ambitious, and attracted to a meaningful opportunity.Graphics, AI/deep learning, high performance computing, cloud datacenter, and/or edge computing development/deployment experience desirableConsistent track record of handling multiple customers and customer programs across worldwide geographies and time zonesNVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
