Supply Chain Planning Analyst 4Description -The HP supply chain is responsible for planning, sourcing, making, and delivering more than 2 PC’s and 1 Printer every second of every day to channel partners and end-user customers around the world. We are searching for a Business Operations Analyst in Thailand.Responsibilities:Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert. Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods.Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives.Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies.Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients.Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.May provide mentoring and guidance to lower level employees.Supports Supply Chain resiliency for Planning along with associated projects and processes.Collaborates with cross functional teams to maintain and enhance current business processes and solve issues.Supports a large/ complex product set or global business unit.Independently executes job duties, identifies issues/ impacts.Responsible for supply chain processes, such as demand supply matching and material allocation.Produces reports and analyzes data to develop trends for supply and demand planning activities.Reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying and recommending opportunities for improvement.Knowledge & Experience:First level university degree or equivalent experience.Typically 6-10 years of experience in a supply chain function is preferred.Demonstrated understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make, deliver).Familiar with working on issues of a diverse complexity and scopeStrong analytical and interpersonal skills.Thorough ability to simplify the complex, data visualization, and story communication.
