Business Strategy, Planning & OperationsDescription -CS Field & Channel Delivery Business Strategy, Planning & Operations Greater Asia & Greater India/GAINDescription -We are seeking a Senior Manager with extensive experience in Business Strategy, Planning & Operations to join the Greater Asia and Greater India Field & Channel Delivery team.In this critical role, you will lead, design and implement the plans, programs and initiatives to optimize the outcome. As a key player in the org, you will also be leading the digital transformation , drive the supplier management framework and collaborate closely with the cross functional teams e2e to deliver the SLA and best in class customer experience.A proven track record of strategic thinking, developing governance and framework, solving complex problems, program management, and team leadership is a must.  Acts as a key advisor to the line managers on the long-term goals of the organization.  Responsibilities: Drives high impact business strategy and plan (eg new growth initiatives, cost efficiency,  etc)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on the strategy & business objectives to drive mutual success.Drive the design & execution of programs aimed at optimizing customer experience, enabling business growth  and accelerate digital transformation/automation.Directs and prioritizes complex projects by monitoring deliverables, key milestones including developing contingencies to minimize risks and maximize success.Conduct market analysis, customer research & competitive intelligence for strategy development.Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs/OKRs) to achieve key success metricsSupplier management governance, compliance, labour strategy, etcPrepare and present executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations based on data-driven insightsOversees and manages the allocation of tools and resources to support team efforts.Education and Experience Required:6-8 years of extensive experience in business strategy, planning, operations excellence and digital transform roles. People leadership experience preferably in a regional, cross functional environment a plus.A Bachelor's degree a pre-requisite.Knowledge and Skills: Superior business acumen, results oriented and experience in leading transformation/change management across regions/markets. Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance overall performance effectiveness.Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on mentoring and developing talent.Strong strategic thinking, complex problem-solving abilities and results oriented.Demonstrated success in regional program management and execution of complex initiatives.Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. Foster alignment across different teams to ensure our strategies are synchronized.Excellent analytical thinking and analysis.
