Large Format Hardware Demand Planner and Market Fulfillment SpecialistDescription -The Large Format Hardware Operations team is supporting the business across the globe on the demand planning and market fulfilment activities, from forecast analysis and tracking to backlog monitoring and optimization, ensuring efficient information and material flow in inbound, warehousing, and outbound activities.The EMEA Large Format Hardware Markets Operations role will work in an international team, interfacing with regional category, regional logistics and worldwide planning to ensure the best support of our EMEA business objectives within the Supply Chain operations targets of order turnaround time, cost and inventory.Responsibilities:Responsible for supply chain processes, such as demand planning, inventory analysis, order fulfilment, import/export operations and shipping, for a country or regional business unit with minimum supervision applying discretion and judgement.Accountable for regional execution and optimization of the orders for a category of products across Supply Chain functionsOwns the demand planning for a category of productsCompiles key metrics, produces reports, and analyses data using IT systems for demand and supply matching activities.Analysis of backlog management.Reviews current business process for regional and global business unit planning teams.Reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement.Works closely with Category in the region to anticipate and avoid availability constraintsIdentifies opportunities for process improvement and leads/develops recommendations and provides insight for management.Independently executes complex demand and supply matching activities, connecting planning to execution, and identifying issues and their impact.Contributes to priority projects by adding creative insights and developing recommendations.Communicates requirements and guidelines to the regional and global business unit planning teams.Knowledge and Skills:Good understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make deliver).Identifies cutting edge analytical tools, models and methods for making key business decisions.Good communication and influencing skills; mastery in English and local language.Excellent internal and external relationship management skills.Extensive knowledge and understanding of how to analyse business problems using Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), statistical analysis, and financial modelling.Good business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.Good understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Available To Promise logicGood understanding of national and international trade requirements to align customs/trade function with business objectives.Strong team player skills including conflict resolution and management.Excellent complexity and priority management skillsEducation and Experience Required:First level university degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degree.Typically, 4-6 years of experience in a supply chain function.Broker's license and/or 4-6 years of experience in a customs/global trade function would be a plus.Job -Supply Chain & OperationsSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Spain)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
