The position will report to the Sr. Treasury Manager located in Melville, NY. The position can be in either Palo Alto, CA OR Melville, NY. The position requires the candidate to be in the office 5 days a week, no remote and no hybrid.The candidate will be responsible for activities related to financial risk management, as well as supporting various other banking activities. The responsibilities are as follows:For FX -· Responsible for FX trading· Responsible for managing back office function and maintaining trade documentation related to all Foreign Exchange Transactions· Manage and maintain counterparty set-up in the treasury management system· Assist in the monthly MTM valuation on open trades· Maintain compliance with SOX and Treasury policies relevant to FX operations· Perform monthly FX analysis· Partner with Treasury and IT staff to maintain, automate, and streamline FX and related systems· Document and maintain Treasury proceduresThe role will also be supporting the Management of Bank Guarantees -· BG Issuance, cancellation and renewals· Act as a liaison between colleagues and external counterparties · Supporting administrator activities associated with trade channel portals (i.e. Onboarding & maintaining)· Annual BG Policy Review· Management of the BG Portfolio· BG fees, GL reconciliation· BG fees, forecasting· Review Bank Guarantee related invoices · Maintain compliance with SOX and Treasury policies relevant to BG operationsRequired Experience / Skills· A seasoned, experienced professional with an understanding of Risk Management; someone who is highly motivated, proactive, and diligent with the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment· Knowledge and experience with trading and or supporting derivative transactions (i.e. Spots, FWD, NDFs)· Experience with FX Trading platforms (i.e. FXall) · Experience using Treasury workstation systems (i.e. SunGuard) & ERP systems (i.e. Oracle) · Must be Proficient in Excel (advanced level)· Able to articulate ideas and provide analytics· Able to act as a liaison between colleagues and external counterparties · Able to work across time zones· Able to work, resolve, and troubleshoot issues independently and collaboratively, as well as provide updates to management· Strong business acumen (including an understanding of financial statements and basic accounting principles), with attention to details· Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills· Knowledge using Banking portals, a plus· Bachelors in Finance /Accounting or related field and 5+ years of related experience or Master’s degree in Finance /Accounting or related field and 3+ years of related experience.Additional Job Description:Compensation and BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $125,000.This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.Broadcom offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits package: Medical, dental and vision plans, 401(K) participation including company matching, Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP), Employee Assistance Program (EAP), company paid holidays, paid sick leave and vacation time.
