This role will be instrumental in building ML/DS solutions that drive business growth and finance innovation. You will play a key role in driving our technical strategy and implementing AI initiatives aimed at accelerating finance digitization and transformation. Masters Degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.Consistent record of leading and developing a team of data scientists, ML engineers and analysts.Strong programming skills in Python, R, or other relevant languages.Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks, data pipelines and platform architecture. Strong experience in project management and task delegation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with team members and partners.Other Qualifications:Expertise in statistics and statistical concepts, including regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and statistical inference.Expertise in applied machine learning models and deep learning frameworks (Tensorflow, PyTorch or Keras).Ability to design and conduct experiments and evaluate model performance through cross-validation, hyper-parameter tuning, and similar techniques.Experience in Natural Language Processing using deep learning (RNN, CNN, LSTM, etc.).Understanding of software development process and artifacts required for different phases and stage gates.Experience with large-scale language models such as GPTs, BERT, or other LLMs is a strong plus.Expertise in software engineering including coding standards, technical design, code reviews, testing, deployment and operations.Workday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.
