As a Product Manager, you will tap into your deep product knowledge to provide functional expertise and guidance as well as partner with cross-functional teams across Workday on critical initiatives.In this role you will use strong problem-solving and collaboration skills to build products and features that deliver new value to our customers while engaging with other internal teams to successfully achieve strategic organization-wide goals.Although we work hard, we also have a lot of fun! We’re looking forward to sharing our experiences with you and learning from the unique perspectives and experiences you’ll bring to the team!About the RoleThis role’s initial focus is to support our continued international expansion, though additional growth opportunities including new project assignments that align to our evolving vision will be available.The Product Manager supports the scrum team and our business in many critical areas. To be successful you will:Leverage a deep understanding of products, tools, and frameworks to coordinate, prioritize, and develop enhancements for your functional area. Serve as the representative for development and cross-organization initiatives taking place outside of your owned functional domain, providing guidance and direction to impacted teams.Write detailed product specifications, including UX mockups, and detailed user stories.Ensure the scalability of designs - allowing for iterative solutions that meet both short and long term customer needs.Support and guide Services teams as needed on critical customer deployments for specific product areas.Analyze customer requests and usage data to make recommendations on design and prioritization.Manage features at all stages of the product lifecycle from inception through deprecation.This position is based out of Pleasanton, California. We operate with a hybrid model requiring at least 50% of time in office.About YouBasic Qualifications - RequiredYou have 4+ years experience designing, building, and implementing enterprise cloud applications as a SaaS product manager.You enjoy collaborating, organizing, and delivering across teams.You’re able to translate customer and market needs into product results and support through the entire product lifecycle.You’re a skilled and curious researcher who has the ability to conduct in-depth market analysis and competitive landscape research, as well as primary user research.You excel in both written and verbal communication to provide clear requirements and share progress updates.You proactively build and maintain professional relationships with high levels of trust.You are self motivated to investigate complex unknowns and build a clear path forward.You are an excellent teammate who defines success at a broad and inclusive level.You define, track, and communicate progress on success measures to stakeholders.Other Qualifications - PreferredFunctional experience in the Compensation domainDemonstrated understanding of HCM Products and TouchpointsPrior experience in extension of product to international marketsExperience with WorkdayWorkday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
