The Enterprise Management Sales team at Workday helps the company to continue to grow by balancing integrity and innovation, ensuring Workmates have the environment to bring out their best self, and get better by pushing and developing themselves and the Workmates around them.We are looking for an exceptional leader with a stellar sales record that will capitalize on strategic accounts, be a self-starter and love working in a dynamic environment with an amazing team of people.About the RoleAs a Regional Sales Director, you will use your extensive sales and leadership experience to lead, coach and mentor a team of Senior Account Executives selling Workday’s Solutions.  This opportunity is focused on leading, coaching and developing a Center of Excellence team spread across EMEA, who advise and support on the sale of Workday’s Analytics products as a Net New Attach to prospects and adding to customers across EMEA. As a highly visible leadership position within the EMEA region, the role requires an individual who has demonstrable experience of consistent sales leadership, preferably in the SaaS market.We are looking for an exceptional leader with a stellar sales record that will capitalize on strategic accounts, be a self-starter and love working in a dynamic environment with an amazing team of people.About the RoleLead a team focused on driving the analytics sales agenda for EMEA Lead the coordination of demand & lead generation events, using your personal and team influence to bring customers into attendance Participate in Sales Enablement & Strategy activities including product roadmaps, common use cases, customer & value stories, competitive positioning, and reporting & analysis Support your team to drive deal execution support including pipeline analysis, discovery sessions, demo coaching, executive alignment, customer references, and pricing negotiations Coach and mentor a product SME team Stay current on the strategic competitive landscape, trends and customer needs so you can effectively position Workday solutions within accountsAbout YouBasic Qualifications10+ years experience in sales, product, or pre-sales including 2+ years as a first or second line sales manager in a SaaS company, ideally focused on new business acquisition, product expertise and selling cloud/ SaaS/ ERP solutions Demonstrable results in leading teams within complex, team based environmentsA strong understanding of Business Intelligence and analytical application solutions.Previous experience in Business Intelligence preferredTrack record of managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with evidence of continual, successful revenue/quota attainment Relevant experience as a leader in a team selling environment Track record in leading through empathy, employing continuous listening and value-driven leadership practices.Experience in managing a team of highly skilled opportunity-creating and business-transformational Account Executives Other QualificationsTrue passion for delivering results through others High level of accountability in a high growth environment.Well above-average written and verbal communication skillsProven as self-starter, fast learner, and agent of change Proficiency across a variety of selling methodologies, with an existing track record of coaching or teaching these skills.Our Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
