This team drives major project initiatives and M&A integrations across the CAO teams. We’re a diverse group of people, with an invaluable mix of experience and are very encouraging of each other. This team supports scaling and redefining business process across various accounting teams like Revenue, Accounts receivables, Global Payroll, Stock Administration, Accounts Payables and Accounting using best in class technology. We are proud to be an international team that promotes Workday’s core values and champion equal opportunities for everyone.About the RoleThis role will drive large OKR level initiatives that help transform business processes and implement technology that supports the overall automation strategy of the organization. The goal of this role is to implement end-to-end transformations that will deliver best in class solutions to drive business value. This is an exciting role that provides individuals an opportunity to experiment and drive groundbreaking innovation leading to a brighter Workday for all.Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Build strong working relationships with teams and cross-functional business partners to drive alignment and key project objectivesConduct thorough research to identify key technology to support business decision making by providing value creation analysisConduct end to end process mining to determine gaps in business processes and identify constraints and opportunities to scaleStrong documentation skills with experience in Miro, Lucid chart and other software to help visualize problem areas and support project executionAssist by providing ROI calculations for the project and building success metrics that will clearly measure outcome of the projectSupport phases of initiatives by leading technical milestones such as business requirements, testing, migration and change managementWork closely with leadership to document impact and proactively plan for any risks and resourcing limitationsOwn and lead M&A integration for functional area (kick-off workstream, define scope, secure resources, update M&A playbook)Act as a liaison between functional, technical, and management to ensure understanding and alignment with regards to requirements, testing, and project sign-offTest bug fixes and new functionality; partner with relevant functional team to acquire confirmation of acceptanceCoordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Set timelines, assign responsibilities and supervise and summarize progress of projectWork with the relevant departments to resolve all issues that could impact project objectivesAnticipate and raise issues with projects to management and project owners. Build a proposal to minimize risks and come up with problem resolutionBe a creative problem solver and provide support in times of stressAbout YouYou enjoy balancing structure and agilityYou enjoy being in a collaborative environment and process large amount of informationYou have strong systems knowledge and enjoy streamlining processesYou enjoy creative problem solving and innovationYou have advanced organization skills, ability to help prioritize tasks and compartmentalize projects and associated timelinesYou can jump in and help teams achieve goals and keep the project moving by sometimes acting as a driver and a doerMost importantly, your work style will chip into a positive work culture and align with Workday core valuesBasic Qualifications:10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a finance related functionExperience in Workday systems e.g., Finance, Accounting, Payroll, HCM etc.Functional knowledge or experience in 3 or more of the following areas: Revenue, Accounting, Payroll, Tax and Accounts Receivables3 + years of Workday implementation experienceExperience in implementing AI, ML or intelligent automation type projectsPMI or Lean Six Sigma certificationBachelor’s degreeOther Qualifications:Professional user of Microsoft Office toolsExperience in JIRAA strong presenter with excellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-pace, collaborative environmentDemonstrates initiative, flexibility and follow-throughAttention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skillsWorkday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
