Position TitleGlobal Service DirectorLocationThis is a Virtual role to be based in the USOverviewBlue Yonder Customer Success group is seeking a Global Services Director with strong account management and customer relationship skills in the Manufacturing / GSD line of businessWe value individuals with a desire to implement cutting edge AI/ML based SaaS solutions and a strong sense of urgency when faced with obstaclesThe ability to quickly build trust and establish strong relationships with customer’s C-Suite on large transformational programs is a mustScopeCore responsibilities include ownership of Strategic Accounts to drive a combination of ongoing sales and successful delivery of Blue Yonder solutions within the Manufacturing / CPG industry sectorWhat you will do:Responsible for high-level relationship management by acting as a key liaison and becoming a trusted advisor with assigned client(s) in proving industry expertise, implementation guidance and thought leadership. Integrates into the client’s infrastructure and promotes professional relations with client from C-level executives to key operational personnel. Owns (1-2) client relationships/accounts value at a minimum of $10m annual bookings. Works to grow the client relationship by identifying new sales opportunities and bringing them to close (Sales AM would be assigned to active Software sales opportunities in support of the GSD). Builds Strategic Plan with Key Clients to leverage BY Solutions. Develops and presents a strategic supply vision that communicates key value propositions. Engages with the BY team to develop client proposal documents, negotiate Statement of Work(s) / business terms, define project structure with partner firms, and build account communication plans. Ensures account team adheres to BY policies, procedures, methodologies and quality standards. Ensures that BY Solutions deliver the value/ROI expected of the engagement, including quality, budget, and timelines. Owns the BY account related project issues, and the issue escalation to the appropriate groups within BY. Responsible for establishing the client as a reference for BY.What we are looking for:Up to 25-50% travel requiredBS/BA degree equivalent required; MS/MBA preferredPractical experience deploying Manufacturing Supply Chain software solutions, preferably in Software as a Service (SaaS), Private Cloud, Public Cloud, and assisting large organizations to deploy such systems10+ years of managing large transformational supply chain programs with 25+ team members and $10+mil program budgetCommercial instinct to discover and develop new opportunitiesExpert knowledge of supply chain manufacturing and execution processes Advanced understanding of the Manufacturing / CPG industry, products, and trendsDemonstrated ease to navigate complex project environmentsProven experience establishing strategic relationships at customers C-level that extends beyond tactical implementation details, ensuring appropriate focus on long-term customer objectivesAbility to diplomatically manage complex situations with little to no guidanceAbility to strategically resolve complex problems with little to no guidanceExceptional facilitation skills (meeting sessions, conflict resolutions, brainstorming etc.)Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation and client relationship building skills*LI-KC1#LI-Remote-------------------------------------------The salary range for this position is $139,700 - $212,975.The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.
