In this role you will work with other QA and Software Engineers, inside and outside the team, to help build tools to provide analysis and input of changes through the software development lifecycle. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications 5+ years of experience working as a Software Tools Automation Engineer Experience in one or more Scripting/Programming Languages including Swift, Objective C or Python Create tests that identify hard to find bugs Experience in implementing initiatives across teams Excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written Excellent analytical skills and is able to independently investigate issues Be creative and thorough, when executing test cases to help find nuances in functionality of new and existing features Strives for a superior customer/developer experience and is very detailed with their thoughts, work, and process Comfortable and adaptable in a fast-paced and informal environment. Ability to respond and react to changing priorities quickly and efficiently Good understanding of software development and the QA life cycle Description Description The work will involve designing and implementing tools for analyzing testing run for Security features and requires strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Some of the key responsibilities in this role will include:
- Develop detailed and methodical manual and automated test plans
- Implement automated tests, developing tools and frameworks where needed
- Work with engineering teams to deeply understand their technology and develop tools to support their workflows
- Debug and report issues encountered during testing
- Help triage the team’s daily automation results
- Define requirements for shipping high quality features

The base pay range for this role is between $138,900 and $256,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
