We are here to grow Apple’s B2B business through partnering with our business channel resellers, partners and carriers. You will collaborate closely with internal and external partners to both drive programs, as well as identify and support key areas of growth. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Superior knowledge of channel sales programs, balanced by a comprehensive understanding of sales strategy and sales process required for scaling impactful programs. Customer and partner needs can often be unique – but, you’re quick on your feet and connect and influence the right people both inside and outside of Apple. Simplify complex problems and distill big decisions down to their core. You stand by your deep analysis, wisdom and experience to make quality and timely decisions. Have consultative selling experience in business transformation solutions and developing channel growth strategies. Credibly engaging with executive-level customers, key Apple executives, and other decision makers. Extraordinary presentation, written and verbal communication skills. Flexible and adaptable in day-to-day program administration, while delivering multiple programs simultaneously. Superior program and project management skills. Strong analytical and reporting skills; ability to define important metrics and identify trends and solutions. Apple doesn’t cut corners, in products or in business. At Apple, things aren’t always clear but you shift gears and thrive when asked to explore new ground, rather than waiting on others. 5 + years of experience leading Sales Programs; or similar experience having managed programs for businesses 5 + years driving cross-functional projects to successful completion Description Description - Own the program strategy, including fiscal year plans, incentives, readiness, enablement, communications, success criteria, reporting and analysis. - Advocating and aligning with cross-functional teams to create the right assets in support of programs. - Collaborate with sales to build the right programs at the right time. - Track and report on critical metrics including sales numbers and program results, and use these results to support future program development and initiatives. - Seek out new sales opportunities and partners, including previously untested routes to market. - Build or leverage incentive programs to communicate value of programs.
