As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the strategy to expand student access to Adobe through higher education institutions.As the Senior Product Marketing Manager you’ll own our core product marketing, driving how Adobe shows up for higher education leadership, faculty, and students. You’ll drive the vision and the strategy, with the support of a dynamic, cross-functional team of sales, marketing customer success, and product– across the globe.You’ll thrive our team if you’re a highly customer-centric, analytical leader who excels at working in a team environment, have a test-and-learn mentality, and are comfortable working with ambiguity. Most importantly, you’re excited about making an impact on global education and students’ opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild a deep understanding of the higher education market and customer needs through extensive market and customer research, and be the primary conduit for customer voice in our organizationRelentlessly advocate for higher education and student needs with our cross-functional teams in product, marketing, sales, and customer success, and clearly prioritize these needs to drive focus across the organization.Develop compelling messaging and positioning to maximize the impact of our GTM, marketing, and sales activities throughout the year, and around key product launches.Own overall product marketing content strategy – pitch decks, sales documents, white papers, blog posts, and more. Efficiently lead vendors to accelerate content, and be excited to build content yourself, too.Collaborate with GTM and sales on consistent and impactful enablement of cross-functional teams.Obsess over business goals, show impact, and build momentum in additional opportunities for growth.Qualifications/Experience8+ years in product marketing, performance marketing, or go-to-market, preferably with experience in B2B SaaSStrong customer-first mindset, and driven by curiosityHighly analytical problem solver with an ability to prioritize and project manage toward milestones and clear impactSuccess in a fast-paced environment and comfort in navigating feedback from various stakeholdersStrong organizational and cross-functional leadership skills, with a proven ability to lead without authorityExceptional written communication and presentation skills, with an ability to simplify complex topics into a story for various audiences. Passion and excitement for elevating the voices of the next generation.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $117,900 -- $209,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
