AI Business Development ManagerDescription -The Consumer AI ISV Business Development Manager will focus on the development and execution of a partnership strategy with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) in the AI domain, specifically those in the consumer sector. This role involves generating a strong pipeline of partners, fostering relationships, and managing and growing the strategic and financial value of AI ISV partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, business insight, and robust relationship management skills.   Key Responsibilities:   1. Building Consumer AI ISV Partner Strategy: Develop and implement an effective Consumer AI ISV partner strategy that aligns with the company's broader business goals. Identify potential ISVs that can significantly enhance our consumer AI offerings and create new monetization opportunities for HP.   2. Building Pipeline of Partners: Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with potential ISV partners in the consumer sector. Establish a strong pipeline of partners that align with our consumer AI strategy.   3. Managing Partner Relationships: Maintain and nurture relationships with ISV partners. Act as the primary liaison for partner-related matters and ensure that partners are satisfied with our collaboration.   4. Growing Partnership Value: Collaborate closely with partners to enhance the strategic and financial value of each partnership. Identify opportunities for joint initiatives, co-marketing, product integrations, and more.   5. Portfolio Management: Oversee the overall portfolio of Consumer AI ISV partnerships. Ensure each partnership delivers value and aligns with our strategic objectives.   6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with internal teams (such as product development, sales, and marketing) to ensure partnerships are effectively utilized across the organization.   Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred. 2. Proven experience in business development, partnership management, management consulting or a similar role, preferably in the AI or technology sector. 3. Strong understanding of AI technology, the ISV landscape, and the consumer sector. 4. Excellent relationship management skills. 5. Strong negotiation and deal-making abilities. 6. Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority. 7. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $143,850.00 -- $208,582.00 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
