The team includes data scientists, machine learning engineers, and software engineers.The RoleThis is a pivotal role as the team is chartered with building high profile Generative AI applications, and the team is starting fresh in an Azure environment. As the first dedicated DevOps Engineer, you will get a chance to build many pieces and processes from scratch. You will provision tools and services to enable data scientists and machine learning engineers in the team. You will build pipelines that automate the deployment and monitoring of products, using infrastructure-as-code. Within our team you will collaborate with solution architects and ML Engineers, and you will work closely with HP's cloud architecture team. Skills And ProfileSolid experience with Azure and cloud infrastructure. Containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.Building and managing CI/CD pipelinesInfrastructure-as-codeScripting using bash or PythonExperience from a large organization with stringent cyber security and privacy policies.Experience supporting data scientists and machine learning based applications.Experience with MLOps.Entrepreneurial mindset, customer focus, and a sense of urgency. The recent AI progress is disruptive, and our team is in the midst of it. As a consequence, day-to-day priorities and team structure may change. We are looking for somebody who thrives in such an environment.
