The role is dedicated to lead management and nurturing leads to support Beyond Learning booking targets. The core elements of this role are:Prospect, identify, qualify, and cultivate sales opportunities through a blend of outbound and inbound techniques, email, research on companies as a component of lead generation and qualification activities utilizing the web, LinkedIn, and other research instruments available. Gather key information to update the CRM system and assign a nurture path and follow-up strategies. Work closely with Beyond Services Engagement Directors to focus on targeted customers and qualify an opportunity to a high level.This role will support our effort in creating cross-functional alignment with Sales to develop a consistent, predictable, and scalable pipeline for revenue growth across all organizations and regions.This position will have quarterly financial booking targets that must be met in order for the organization to attain projected revenue and pipeline goals.While the role is not a technical one, a good understanding of Contact Center business or SaaS is required, ideally including experience of Cloud based solutions.Key Responsibilities:Pipeline GenerationPursue other identified Beyond sales leads and prospective clientsUnderstand key business challenges and required outcomes for customers and effectively articulate the value proposition of Genesys Beyond learning.Transform Qualified Leads to Sales Opportunities, by cultivating and educating prospective buyers; not selling themWork closely with the Beyond Sales Team to develop an account plan to approach target customers via outbound techniques to get higher and wider into prospect accounts by having the ability to articulate value and uncover needs at each level of an organization.Nurture leads until they are ready to progress in the sales cycle – provide information, discuss the product, and convey value.Schedule product demonstrations, intro meetings w/potential buyers between Beyond Sales Team and potential customersResponsible for achieving aggressive quarterly targets and following up leads in a timely manner.AdministrativeUpdate SFDC to reflect current lead statusTake live chats and phone calls & follow-up via phone & email on leads from web, events, email campaigns, and other lead sources; always ask for referralsCreates opportunities in CRM system & assign to appropriate sales teamAssigns and use Lead Nurturing processes on accounts not yet ready to buySearches internal & external subscription databases, LinkedIn, etc. for additional key contacts within existing companiesEnsures they are constantly up to date on the Genesys offerings and can demo Beyond tools and services.Desired Qualifications & SkillsOutbound prospecting/inside sales experience preferably within IT / Cloud solutionsExperience working with Salesforce.com or other CRM platformsExcellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and telephone skillsAbility to effectively care for time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervisionAbility to analyze business opportunities and read situations wellAbility to gather and use data to inform decision making and persuade othersAbility to develop compelling strategies that deliver results with an excellent attention to detailExperience and deep understanding of forefront sales developmentA good technical aptitude and genuinely interested in technology.Ability to swiftly learn product solutions as well as general industry knowledgeResourceful & ability to adapt quickly to changing environmentGerman or French Language is a plusAbout GenesysEvery year, Genesys® delivers more than 70 billion remarkable customer experiences for organizations in over 100 countries.
