What you will do  Coordinate and delegate large Technical Sales cross-project initiatives Plan, manage, and execute for Global SE events throughout the year Work closely with the Global SE leadership teams to proactively identify opportunities for technical sales process improvements Manage and maintain SE procurement activities Identify key program requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors Work cross functionally manage training delivery to technical sales and technical partner teams Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks and produce program reports for leadership, stakeholders, and project teams Owns scheduling, attending, and maintaining key SE organization meetings and schedules Define and develop metrics and KPIs to measure technical sales program performance against strategic and operational goals Develop monthly reporting processes including KPI dashboards & scorecards, and establish cadence for leadership review Track SE onboarding / off-boarding process and org chart maintenance Data management and cleanup in Salesforce, Asana, Periscope, and any other Technical Sales reporting tools for cleaner reporting and to articulate new Sales processes to provide overall Sales productivity What you will bring with you 3+ years of process optimization experience within an Engineering, Product Management, and/or Sales organization Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage leadership and stakeholder influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building to share the overall program vision Excellent ability to put complex processes into clear, simplified recommendations, and use data to generate insights and recommendations Highly organized, action and detail-oriented Ability to take initiative and be proactive in ambiguous situations Experience working with leaders in diverse geographic regions Demonstrated advanced user of Salesforce, and/or other sales analytics software Asana or equivalent project management tool experience required Why work at Sysdig?
