What you’ll be responsible for:
Circle is looking for a Senior TA Coordinator to help set the standard for supporting our recruiting processes, including scheduling candidate interviews, coordinating logistical tasks, administering NDAs, and drafting offer letters. You will work directly with the Director, TA Platforms in conceptualizing and continuously iterating on team training plans, and when necessary, train TA Coordinators on core fundamentals of scheduling. In addition to your daily coordination responsibilities, you will work on ad-hoc Talent Acquisition projects, including documentation of new best practices, process improvement, and maintaining data integrity across our core systems. You will play an integral part of a best-in-class Talent Acquisition organization focused on identifying, attracting, and hiring global talent by providing best-in-class service to candidates and interview teams.
What you'll work on:
Providing a full lifecycle, best-in-class experience for all stakeholders, including, candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and TA Partners
Routinely scheduling high-volume and complex candidate interviews with partners across the organization while resolving scheduling conflicts
Publishing internal and external job postings to our career site and various job boards
Generating & proofing offer letters and employment agreements, ensuring approved details are reflected accurately
Participating in the interview process and evaluation of new coordination team members
Owning the larger TA team operations onboarding, ensuring new team members are set up with appropriate system access and understand our team coordination processes
Writes documentation of team processes and managing team Wiki, ensuring documentation remains current amidst a rapid changing environment
Acting as a key POC for all TA Platforms third party contacts while responding to inquiries when necessary and funneling updates and product suggestions to the rest of the team
QA talent acquisition workflow processes while providing recommendations to drive efficiency and effectiveness
QA international offer letters and start date addendums for the coordination team
Work on ad-hoc Talent Acquisition projects as needed

What you’ll bring to Circle:
1+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at a fast paced organization in tech, fintech, payments, or related field
A high level of professionalism with the ability to maintain poise and professionalism
Understands and values TA process with the capacity to move fast while being creative
A keen eye for detail with the ability to leverage multiple channels to communicate to all members of the team across Slack and email
Tremendous work ethic and drive to complete tasks in a timely fashion
Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack and Apple MacOS preferred

Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.
Base Pay Range: $28.37 - $38.94 per hour, plus overtime eligibility
Annual Bonus Target: 7.5%
Also Included: Equity & Benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)). Circle has a discretionary vacation policy. We also provide 10 days of paid sick leave per year and 11 paid holidays per year in the U.S.
