In addition, the Site Director will be responsible for direct oversight ofoperational metrics for assigned programs within the site.Responsibilities:Delivery of site revenue against monthly projectionsDelivery of gross profit margins based on program goalsManage day to day expenses, operational, administrative, and support team costPartner with key stakeholders to ensure program operations align with site objectivesManage site culture, employee engagement, and attritionOversee delivery of KPIs and other targets for assigned programsPartner with stakeholders to ensure delivery of KPIs and other targets for all site programsInteract with clients to understand key objectives and align operating principles accordinglyLead continuous improvements and innovation initiatives via implementation of operational best practices through interaction with the wider Ubiquity teamOversee Team Lead Training program within the site and ensure that frequent, effective coaching is provided to agentsPartner with Talent Acquisition team to ensure that we are meet hiring objectivesOversee site Business Continuity plansManage designated site that scopes an approximate 1000 to 3000 headcountExperience:At least ten years of related experience, with at least three years at the director levelDemonstrated history of building and leading teams with a hands-on, can-do approachExcellent communication and relationship management skillsFinancial acumen and experience managing departmental budgetsStrong analytical skills and attention to detailWhat we do.Recognized as the #1 CX provider for disruptors and innovators across financial services, healthcare, and e-commerce, Ubiquity was founded on the belief that our clients and their customers deserve better.
