The candidate needs to be driven, a go-getter, quick learner and should have an adapting learning curve, with the ability to survive and thrive in uncertainty and chaos!Qualifications Required:MBA from a reputed business school with an engg. background preferred/exposure and affinity to tech5-8 years of experience of integrated marketing campaigns for brands having managed both content and creative development along with media strategy and executionExperience in managing multi-channel, end-to-end, integrated marketing campaigns from strategizing, conceptualizing, execution to analysis.End to end understanding of the marketing process and vendor landscapeMust have an understanding of new technologies like AI and mktg techniques like content and communitySkilled at using data and analytics to develop insights, drive decisions and measure impactStellar project management skills with exceptional attention to detail and discipline to organize and prioritizeAbility to navigate ambiguity, pushing beyond one’s comfort zone to learn and address new challenges every day. Dedicated, can-do attitude with an eye for detailAbility to manage and influence senior stakeholders. Shown ability to dedicatedly build rapport, credibility, and influence throughout an organization at all levelsResponsibilitiesDevelopment and implementation of marketing strategies around new innovations and technology like AI, big data and measurement. Create pilots for most effective use of new tech across audience cohorts and domains leading to improved customer impact and organization ROIBuild tangible project plans with clear deliverables based on understanding of available tools, evaluation of internal marketing process and an analysis of possible synergies and improvementsWork with multiple stakeholders in country and globally to coordinate delivery as per timelines and project deadlinesDo and learn philosophy deployment to bring cutting edge best practices to HP.
