We seek excellence in all that we do, ensuring that our solutions are not only effective externally - but also empower the marketers who use them!About the RoleWe are looking for a driven, hard-working Operations Program Manager for our Marketing Technology team. This is an ideal opportunity for an individual contributor with a comprehensive Program Management toolkit and consistent track record to influence, drive, and collaborate across cross-functional teams. Working closely with leaders and stakeholders across Marketing, as well as cross functional teams like BT, RevOps, Sales Systems, this role will facilitate major or cross functional initiatives delivered by the MarTech Team. In addition, this role will assist with the larger operational, reporting, and communication needs of Marketing Technology - helping ensure it continues to share, elevate, and evolve its mission!Responsibilities:Be responsible for quarterly and annual planning for the MarTech team ensuring transparency, proactive delivery, and reporting.Responsible for intake processes, planning, and shepherding a portfolio of strategic programs within Marketing Technology.Works in partnership with MarTech and stakeholder leaders to drive decisions, mitigate risks and resolve issues.Develops and implements project plans, governance, communication cadence, tooling, and structure to empower successful project completion.Presents program status updates to senior management, highlighting risks and providing recommendations to support product and operational level decisions.Proactively Identifies and analyzes risks, anticipates issues, makes recommendations, and facilitates issues resolution throughout the program life cycle.Supports leadership by monitoring critical team operational metrics, identifying opportunities and challengesBuilds artifacts and communications on major initiatives and organizational goalsAbout YouBasic Qualifications8+ years of program management within MarTech or Go To Market or SAAS or a software organization5+ years operating in direct support of an Agile team; maintaining sprints and backlogs in JIRA (or similar), release management etc.Practical knowledge of Marketing Technology platforms like AEM, Marketo, Target, CDP etc.Experience in working and building positive relationships with executive leadersOther QualificationsExtraordinarily strong verbal, visual, and written communication skills, including excellence in analytical and collaborative discussion.Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and procedures (including Waterfall and Agile) is a plusProject Management Certification preferred (PMP, Agile, SAFe, etc)Workday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
